Fresh goldenberries are yellow-orange fruit that Power Super Foods source from small scale-farmers in the tropical regions of Peru, where they are grown organically. Farmers carefully select the lantern-like paper husks from the perennial plants, in which the ripe goldenberries are enclosed. Once picked they are gently dried, transforming them into a delectable tangy dried berry with a chewy texture.
